This privacy notice refers to the existing protection mechanisms of aps.ge regarding unauthorized access to personal data, through which aps.ge ensures the protection of your personal data. The latter includes the information that aps.ge will obtain during the provision of services to you, which in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, will also be further used for direct marketing purposes. Ground and Purpose of the Data Disclosure

You can request a copy of the information processed by us. Pursuant to the laws, you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected, updated, added, blocked, deleted or destroyed if they are incomplete, inaccurate, not updated or if they have been collected and processed in violation of the law. We act in compliance with the laws of Georgia, which may prevent us from deleting your personal data immediately. Such liabilities may arise from the tax law, Law of Georgia on Consumers' Rights Protection and other relevant legislation.

Aps.ge shall be obliged to provide you with this information upon your request. We are entitled to use personal data only in case when we have a specific contractual or/and legal basis.

Aps.ge has a legal basis for using your information, which implies the existence of a business-related and / or commercial purpose. It is important that even in this case, the processing of information by aps.ge is not directed to harm your interests.

If you do not want to disclose your personal information, fulfillment of our contractual obligations assumed towards you may be delayed or make it impossible, including the use of the account or receipt of the appropriate service.  

 

We may transfer your information in case of business transfer

Your personal data can be shared as a result of reorganization or/and merger of the company. In this case, our legal successor will obtain the full information available to us, including your personal identification information. The aps.ge website makes it possible for users to log in to Facebook Connect to connect with friends and share information through the Facebook wall and newsfeed of friends. If you sign up with aps.ge and Facebook and click on Facebook Connect, both of your profiles will be merged, save for the case if your email addresses mismatch. In the case of your email addresses mismatch, we ask if you would like to connect them. You will then enter your password to confirm that Facebook controls this account. If you are registered on "aps.ge" but not on "Facebook" and click on "Facebook Connect", you will be offered to create a "Facebook" mandate or "Register" on "Facebook". If you continue, you will make your information available to the "aps.ge" website and at the same time you will agree to the terms of use of "Facebook" when using the "aps.ge" websites.

Conversely, if you are not currently registered as an "aps.ge" user and click on "Facebook Connect", you will first be asked to enter your "Facebook" mandate and then you will be able to register and join "aps.ge". Security of your information on the website

• Third parties (applications / services): By use of aps.ge, your information about device number, model, brand, name, operating system version, aps.ge application version shall be transferred to applications such as: Google Analytics, Matomo.org, Facebook Pixel, and Hotjar.com. These applications comply with the GDPR (General Data Protection Guide).

• Retention / Delete Policy: You can request the deletion of your data by sending a relevant request via email notification. After receiving the request, aps.ge will remove your data from the list to stop data processing.                                                          

 

How long do we retain your personal information?

We store your personal data for the entire period of your service, as well as up to 10 years after completion of the service due to the following reasons:

● to keep record in compliance with respective regulations/rules
