Product return policy

1. Conditions of product return at aps.ge:

1.1. APS Company, in accordance with the product return policy, gives you the opportunity to return the purchased product within 5 calendar days by following the rules below:

2. Product return rule and exceptions:

2.1. If you want to return the product purchased to the company, please, contact the information center of APS Company in advance and inform them about the return of the product;

2.2. To initiate the process, you need to inform the company about the identification data, the order number, the order date, the delivery date of the product to be returned and the reason for its return (it may become necessary to upload a photo of the product and proof of payment and send it to the following e-mail address: info@aps.ge).

2.3. Product return policy is valid for 5 calendar days after receiving the product.

2.4. If the product and the accompanying parts/documents of the product show any changes, APS Company reserves the right to bring its authenticity into question and, consequently, suspend the product return procedure until the investigative and diagnostic works are carried out, which may last no more than 10 working days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnostics, the company is authorized to continue or terminate the product(s’) return procedure.

2.5. The return (transportation) of the product is provided by APS Company through its own transportation service and/or a subcontractor to transportation service no later than 5 working days after the arrival of the product ordered in Georgia.

2.6. While returning the product, all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase must be also presented.

2.7. Product return is possible under these rules if:

2.7.1. the product does not match the order or the technical specifications posted on the website;

2.7.2. the product has a factory defect;

2.7.3. the product has been damaged during transportation;

2.7.4. the agreed delivery time has been violated by aps.ge;

2.8. Product return is possible independently of the above-said conditions, if:

2.8.1. the prefabricated packaging of the product is unopened, undamaged or;

2.8.2. if, as a result of the product diagnostics, it has been established that the product that is to be returned by a customer retains all the functional characteristics and no visual defects are observed;

2.8.3. if the product has a factory defect and/or, as a result of the product diagnostics, it has been established that the product to be returned by a customer retains all the functional characteristics, however, visual defect(s) not caused by a customer is (are) observed.

2.9. The rules for the product return do not apply to the following products:

2.9.1. car engine oils, filters, brake shoes, tyres, disposable cleansers or other types of accessories;

2.9.2. product(s) purchased by a customer in installments.

2.9.3. Return of the products referred to in paragraph 2.9 is possible only, if the product does not meet the order or the technical specifications posted on the website and has not been used/opened, its appearance has not been violated and is accompanied by all relevant documents that were handed over to its customer at the time of delivery.

 

3. Reimbursement rule:

3.1. APS Company, in case of a customer’s wish to return the product purchased, undertakes to reimburse a customer for:

3.1.1.   100% of the amount paid by him/her for the product, if: the product has no manufacturing damage and is provided with all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase;

3.1.2. 100% of the amount paid, if the product has a factory defect or the product does not comply with the order either the technical specifications posted on the website or the product has been damaged while being transported and is provided with all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase;

3.1.3. up to 70-100% of the amount paid, if the prefabricated packaging of the product is opened and, as a result of the diagnostics, it has been established that the product that is to be returned by a customer retains all the functional characteristics, has no visual defects and is provided with all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase;

3.1.4. up to 60-90% of the amount paid, if the prefabricated packaging of the product is damaged and/or, as a result of the diagnostics, it has been determined that the product that is to be returned by a customer retains all the functional characteristics, however, some visual defects(s) are observed.

3.1.5. If, as a result of the diagnostics, it has been determined that the product that is to be returned by a customer has not retained all the functional and/or visual characteristics and/or is not provided with all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase, the company reserves the right not to accept the product and, therefore, not to refund the amount paid for the product.

3.2. Refunds are possible only by non-cash payment by transferring the amount to a customer’s bank account.

3.3. aps.ge will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product purchased, in accordance with the rules and in the amount established by this article, within 15 working days, except the case provided for in Article 3.1.1..

3.4. In the case of this policy provided for in Article 3.1.1, the costs of the product will be refunded to a customer within 5 (five) working days.

4. Rules for reimbursement of the transportation service costs:

4.1. APS Company must reimburse the transportation service costs, when the product is being returned by a customer, if: X product/part of the product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website; X product/part of the product has a factory defect; X product/part of the product has been damaged during transportation;

4.2. In all other cases, a customer is obliged to cover the cost of the transportation service, which amounts to 8 USD equivalent in GEL in the case of up to 30 kg of products, while - 240 USD equivalent in GEL., in the case of 30 kg of products and over.

5. Product return procedure:

5.1. If the product return is initiated immediately upon its delivery by a customer, the case is confirmed at the information center and a courier is given the product delivery confirmation;

5.2. Within 5 calendar days after receiving the product, a customer can place a request for the return of the product;

5.3. If a customer places a request for the return of the product within 5 calendar days after receiving it, a customer must ensure the return of the product to the company within 10 calendar days after placing the said request. During this period, a customer must ensure the safety of this product. A customer must not use and/or violate the appearance of the product, otherwise the company reserves the right not to accept the relevant product.

5.4. If a customer places a request for the return of the product within 5 calendar days after receiving it due to a defect (if it has a visual/factory defect or does not correspond to the order and/or the product characteristics posted on aps.ge) observed in the item received, APS Company will ensure the return of the product within 10 calendar days after placing a request in accordance with the given product return policy.

5.5. In the case of a factory defect observed 5 calendar days after receiving the product, a customer must act in accordance with the relevant warranty conditions (if any).

2.9. The rules for the product return do not apply to the following products:

2.9.1. car engine oils, filters, brake shoes, tyres, disposable cleansers or other types of accessories;

2.9.2. product(s) purchased by a customer in installments.

3.1.4. up to 60-90% of the amount paid, if the prefabricated packaging of the product is damaged and/or, as a result of the diagnostics, it has been determined that the product that is to be returned by a customer retains all the functional characteristics, however, some visual defects(s) are observed.

3.1.5. If, as a result of the diagnostics, it has been determined that the product that is to be returned by a customer has not retained all the functional and/or visual characteristics and/or is not provided with all the accompanying parts and documents (invoice, proof of payment, warranty letter, etc.) handed over to a customer at the time of purchase, the company reserves the right not to accept the product and, therefore, not to refund the amount paid for the product.

3.2. Refunds are possible only by non-cash payment by transferring the amount to a customer’s bank account.

3.3. aps.ge will reimburse the customer for the cost of the product purchased, in accordance with the rules and in the amount established by this article, within 15 working days, except the case provided for in Article 3.1.1..

3.4. In the case of this policy provided for in Article 3.1.1, the costs of the product will be refunded to a customer within 5 (five) working days.

4. Rules for reimbursement of the transportation service costs:

4.1. APS Company must reimburse the transportation service costs, when the product is being returned by a customer, if: X product/part of the product does not comply with the order or the technical specifications posted on the website; X product/part of the product has a factory defect; X product/part of the product has been damaged during transportation;

4.2. In all other cases, a customer is obliged to cover the cost of the transportation service, which amounts to 8 USD equivalent in GEL in the case of up to 30 kg of products, while - 240 USD equivalent in GEL., in the case of 30 kg of products and over.

5. Product return procedure:

5.4. If a customer places a request for the return of the product within 5 calendar days after receiving it due to a defect (if it has a visual/factory defect or does not correspond to the order and/or the product characteristics posted on aps.ge) observed in the item received, APS Company will ensure the return of the product within 10 calendar days after placing a request in accordance with the given product return policy.

5.5. In the case of a factory defect observed 5 calendar days after receiving the product, a customer must act in accordance with the relevant warranty conditions (if any).
