Sustainable parking densification for a superlative redevelopment project.<\/h5>

In the center of Madrid, a fully automatic W\u00d6HR Multiparker 740 contributes to the reduced ecological footprint of the Montalb\u00e1n 11 building.
As “the most exclusive luxury residential building in all of Madrid,” Architectural Digest magazine calls the newly resplendent Montalb\u00e1n 11. The historic seven-story building with the magnificent fa\u00e7ade is located in the artists’ district Los Jer\u00f3nimos, close to the famous Prado Museum. Sustainability was the top priority in the comprehensive redesign, from energy efficiency to the use of environmentally friendly materials and integration into the local ecosystem. The fact that Montalb\u00e1n 11 is allowed to carry a BREEAM Very Good certification for particularly environmentally friendly buildings is also thanks to the fully automated W\u00d6HR Multiparker 740 in the underground.<\/p>
