In the center of Madrid, a fully automatic WÖHR Multiparker 740 contributes to the reduced ecological footprint of the Montalbán 11 building.
As “the most exclusive luxury residential building in all of Madrid,” Architectural Digest magazine calls the newly resplendent Montalbán 11. The historic seven-story building with the magnificent façade is located in the artists’ district Los Jerónimos, close to the famous Prado Museum. Sustainability was the top priority in the comprehensive redesign, from energy efficiency to the use of environmentally friendly materials and integration into the local ecosystem. The fact that Montalbán 11 is allowed to carry a BREEAM Very Good certification for particularly environmentally friendly buildings is also thanks to the fully automated WÖHR Multiparker 740 in the underground.
